Daniel Babin Co-president Chief Sound and Lighting Engineer Project Manager Daniel grew up in Huntsville, Alabama. He began to develop an interest in electronics at the young age of four from his grandmother, who at the had a Macintosh desktop computer, one of very few personal home computers around. He began sound engineer work in middle school helping with class events, basketball game music and any other school related function. He also became a lighting designer at Trinity United Methodist Church in Huntsville, where his interests in production grew. At Trinity he met Bobby Hendricks, who was the technical director at the time. Bobby, who had been on the road with large acts such as Stevie Wonder, Hank Williams Jr, and John Michael Montgomery, began to train Daniel. Through High School he started working for many production companies in the area. Devine Productions, Sanderson Sound Systems, and Envision Productions to name a few. By the end of High School Daniel had event managed several local shows, light designed and directed for many Christian music acts, and did free lance audio installs and production work. He continues now with his new company in Tuscaloosa, as he studies Business at the University of Alabama and works as a Technical Intern at First United Methodist Church in Tuscaloosa. He runs Bama Productions with one simple theory: “Please the customer, plan in detail, work hard, make it happen, and above all do what is right.”
